Final Cut Pro belongs on a shortlist when your editing devices are already Apple hardware. Its magnetic timeline is a different organizing model from a conventional track layout, so the relevant question is whether it suits your edits rather than whether one model is universally faster. Apple now offers Final Cut Pro through Creator Studio as well as a separate Mac purchase. The two routes have different bundle and premium-content entitlements. The product documents automatic captions, object tracking and color tools, with hardware requirements attached to some features. FCPXML provides an interchange route but it does not establish perfect translation of every effect or title.
